Those shoes were my first intro to Converse, whn I was in 5th or 6th grade. They look pretty great for 27 year-old shoes, huh?
Lauren has red, beige, black and hot pink. We did have some goldenrod with white polka dots, but she outgrew them. Now they are in our baby keepers box.

They were a teeny bit big then (They are 6s, I was a 5 then.) My body pretty much resolved itself to its short fate early on.

Mine are hot pink low tops, and I adore them. Unfortunately, they're only 6 or 7 years old because I was decidedly not cool growing up! My Aunt sent Easter money, so my girls both just got their very first pair. I gave them a choice, and they wanted pink like Momma's. In all honesty, I want a a pair of red low tops for each member of our family and a family photo taken in them. I'm a dork!
